"This is a wonderful property with a wonderful host. Communication was outstanding before, during, and after our stay. The property is great. So many condos in Chiang Mai have paper thin walls. This property does not, so there is plenty of privacy. It is in a great location. Very comfortable, with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Will definitely be back!"

"Extremely spacious, very private, secure. The manager, Nan, couldn't have been more helpful. She was lovely. Our critiques would be that the bed is quite hard, the internet connection is very poor, the lounge upholstery seriously needs re-covering, and there needs to be shade cover outside by the pool."

"Even though it was pretty cheap it still disappointed us. Well past its use by and dirty, bath and bathroom in general were dirty, floor had been swept but made our feet very dirty cinsidering that we are expected to remove our shoes. Would have been lovely once but not so anymore."

"한국 분들은 많이 안오시는 거 같아 한글로 남깁니다. 상당히 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 직원분들 친절하시고 2층에 계신 매니저? 사장님 분 영어 매우 잘하시고 건물 관리에 상당히 신경쓰는 듯한 인상이었어요. 위치야 어차피 좀 외곽이어도 택시 부르면 금방금방 잘 옵니다. 그리고 체크아웃하고 제가 애플정품 충전기를 깜빡했는데, 다음날 혹시나 하고 찾아가보니 비닐로 포장해서 기다리고 있었다고 내주시더라구요. 동남아에서 그렇게 잘 안찾아주는데 감격해서 청소하시는 분께 팁 사십바트 전달해달라고드리고 왔음. 외국인들은 많은데 한국인들이 별로 없어요 많이들 오세요 ㅎㅎ"

"The place is cheap but it was dated, the room needs to be repainted and the room also has old wall outlets so if you have a computer then you need to by universal outlet there a store down the street next to KFC that sell them and don't bring food ants will come out of nowhere."

"We are family of 4 and stayed here for 4 nights however we were placed in this 1 bedroom with addition of 2 thin single beds were squeezed into this room that made us hardly able to move around, it should only designed for 2 people max. Apart from that, great apartment that offers pool, spa, sauna, gym and close to many good restaurants. "

"The first room I was given (302/2) had little Wi-Fi, not very clean and a bathroom with a tub pulling away from the wall. When you see (/2) it means it was once one apartment that was divided in two. There was a door between, but I could hear the guy snoring next door. A mattress and furniture were placed against the door! I did talk to the manager and she gave me a much better room (1018) with excellent Wi-Fi and much cleaner! But it had a very odd sloped glass top table. Can’t figure that...

"Television, microwave, exhaust fan are not working at all. Toilet block all the time. Aircondition water dripping. We informed but didn’t come and fix. Later on another aircon not working so I told the agent I cannot live like that. So last minute two days before we leave they changed the room. What a shame. Like that kind of situation they are not suppose to put on rent online."
