The staff and service were excellent. They were attentive and informative. Provided excellent service as soon as we arrived and until we left the hotel. The rooms were really clean and ready upon our early arrivals. Excellent food options whether it’s breakfast or dinner.

We loved the chiang rai area. Pool was beautiful!
We had drugs in our safe upon arrival from the previous person staying in the room so we had to get those removed. The other issue was the hotel needs some maintenance around the windows. There was a thunderstorm while we stayed there and the windows were leaking water we all over the floor so the whole area was soaking. Took 2 towels sitting on the floor overnight to soak up all the water. The room also smelled of almost a damp mildew.
But other than that the food was really good, and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was also very good with lots of options

Very busy on the Saturday because of wedding but staff were efficient & very pleasant. Good size room comfortable bed & very clean. Good value

I have been to this hotel many times in the last 6 years on motorcycle trips.
This place has the most comfortable bed and pillows in all of Thailand
The gym is a bonus
The staff is always amazing.
It’s worth every penny

Weekend away
Posted Jan 22, 2024 on HotelsSat & Sun nights hotel was very busy Saturday with a wedding so service was a bit slow which is understandable. Was upgraded to a suite. Beds very comfortable & rooms whilst a little tired were very clean. Staff very sweet many in training so didn’t know everything but that’s ok.
