The view was great until the moment you saw spider webs all over the window, along with a bunch of big spiders. I do appreciate that they weren’t in the room, just on the other side. But it still kind of ruined the whole image of the hotel.

Everything was good except the faucet in the bathroom doesn’t stick out far into the sink. Every time you use it, water goes all over the back of the sink.

There is no hot water in shower and vanity. The front desk never picks up the call. When reach out for information, the attitude at front desk is really bad. Not worth it at all considering the price.

This was my first time in Chicago. Voco was a great location to walk to the waterfront and all downtown. It was a super busy holiday weekend and we were unable to check in until 4pm which was disappointing since we took a red eye. But Samuel at the front desk was so kind and helpful in finding out what was happening and getting us set up with our room. All staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had a decent skyline but there was a large crack on the ceiling that looked like a possible leak. Overall we had a good stay. Thanks Voco!
