“Had some trepidations about the neighborhood when I first saw it. However, neighborhood was very pleasant quiet. Apartment was very nice nicely furnished without being cluttered overall very comfortable place to stay. I would definitely consider it again if I come back to Chicago.”

“The home itself is beautiful, spacious and quiet. The home had a downstairs area I did not know about which was great also making our stay more comfortable.”

“The unit itself was decent. However, the address on the listing did not match the address that I was given during check in. The listing states 3 bathrooms, however there is only 1.”

“The apartment is very clean. It has all the basic physical necessities. The check in process was very cumbersome. However the key issue was it did not deliver WIFI connectivity. The property managers had no solutions to WIFI issues which forced us to use WIFI available from local businesses while seated out on the street. I would not recommend this apartment for business travel as connectivity is an essential business need that this location claimed to have available but could not deliver.”

“Very cozy house that has been updated with all modern conveniences yet still has the beauty and feel of a historical home. Perfect if you will have a vehicle during your stay. The owner was quick to respond and helpful in all our correspondences.”
