Had to keeping going to the front desk every day for towels. The pool was wonderful and breakfast was good.

The property was really nice, the food (breakfast) was good too, there was difference in food and a lot of options to choose from. The receptionist was really nice too. The only problem I had, is that I expected to have my room cleaned every day, sheets changed and new towels, since I was paying for a service, I went out one day and left the format “please make up room” (that they give you) on the door, when I got back the format was changed into the other side “privacy please” and my room was still the same, I was out for 6 hours, and my room didn’t get clean at all, I don’t know if it was one of the cleaning ladies who changed it, or another customer, either way I did find it disrespectful and rude, since I was paying for a service. Everything else was fine.

I was very impressed with my first time there. I will be staying there next year when I come back for family. I like the breakfast they serve.

The only concern was that the room keys stopped working on the second day and again on the third day. We had to go to the desk to get new keys both days. Other than that, it was good stay.
