“Explanation of my scoring This hotel is undergoing major renovations in all areas. I’ve stayed here a few times during the reno’s including in the upgraded rooms. The staff have done a great job trying to make everyone’s stay as good as they can. The contractors are very courteous and respectful to the guests and understand the importance of the guests to the hotel. There is no gain without a little pain and the new accommodations will be well worth the wait as I have experienced. Despite the……

“I paid for a suite to get a balcony but the room had some issues and they moved me to this other suite with 2 queen beds and a tiny window. I understand the situation was out of their control but the room I got instead was definitely a disappointment.”
