"It’s a great pleasure to stay at this hotel for more than two weeks time. The first experience with bell attendant Andy, who is very friendly and use sign language make us feel better for the hotel. All staff in the hotel are very friendly and willing to be helpful. The breakfast is not only rich but with good taste of traditional Shanghai food some are even better than the reputable restaurant. The chefs and attendants are most local Shanghainese they are extremely friendly with us speaking same dialect. The location is top to none in Shanghai. We are sure will come back again. Many thanks for making us having a comfortable long stay."

"去各个景点都很方便，客房服务很及时。 特别是清洁人员张伟伟和唐嫣，每天及时打扫房间，更换用品，提供饮用水。"

"我最驚喜是當check in 時，酒店職員說up grade我去套房，我非常開心。酒店清潔度很好。無論乘地鐵式步行都很方便。最好是酒店速接新世界城，這裏很多食肆選擇。"

"房間新，時尚，喜歡開放式厠所。三樓荔湾亭美食不錯，唯價格太高。"

"基本所有的服务员都很友善，非常好，酒店位置也方便，可以从二楼直接进商城，购物一般，没什么牌子，但是里面吃饭，做各种护理什么都很方便，碰上大雨，不方便外出的时候，除了酒店设施，在商场也很好消磨的时间。酒店也可以通过商场地下步行到地铁站，虽然距离有点长，雨天还是可以作为交通方式考虑，毕竟赶车赶飞机的时候比打车堵在路上保险的多。大概缺点就是走廊的隔音太差，关门声很重，可以听到别的房间的关门声"
