“The staff was excellent, in particular Gladys, who went out of her way to be helpful. The one complaint I have is that I was first assigned a room without a working TV. Gladys moved me the following day to a good room. Since I reserved over 2 months ago, I feel I should have been the first to receive an updated room with working TV. I shouldn't have had to complain to get good working room.”
