“The hotel’s location is fantastic and the view is superb. However, there’s still room for improvement in respect of service. Whenever we requested something, we were attended to in piecemeal fashion. Staff’s level of English may need to be improved. In addition, the bathtub was not equipped with shower gel or shampoo, and there is no TV in the bathroom. The TV also do not have Netflix or Apple TV functions. The theme of the room is also not Japanese enough, for which I cannot tell any visible……

“exceptionally good service, i have stayed in 5 hotels in the past 2 weeks, this is by far the best service. very helpful to go extra miles in assiting us in dealing with all kinds of situation under COVID, be it testing be it transportation arrangement ”
