"The property was clean and has enough space for 2 people.Stayed for 4 nights.On our check on day we had a hard time going to the area,its says close to the train station,yes oeople can actually walk to the hotel but we are not aware that the main road was closed.The hotel made a small road in the middle of tall grasses wherein if you are not familiar with the area you will not really notice it because the sign was so small.We have to walk all the way in the main road with our heavy luggages in...

"This is a very nice property with friendly staff. The location is great, however the restrooms are hard to deal with. They have a bit of an odour and our shower opened right up to the floor so the entire floor was soaking wet when you showered. Breakfast was also enjoyable. Beautiful terrace views. "

"The hotel was small but very nice. Our room was modern and spotless. Aircon worked well. Location so near the station was as you should expect from Rome's central Terminus. "There are 2 parts to this hotel, the main entrance has the reception. I was in the adjoining part which is 100 metres away. But l was helped with luggage and shown to my room. It is a decent size with good bathroom, and air conditioning. It is 2 min from the Roma Terminal and the area has lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Breakfast was included and was a good standard. Definitely will use this hotel in the future "

"for value for money its excellent a few things its really old ,the room we had was on the main road ,the place is really close to both the train station(10 min walk) metro (5 min walk) colosseum (about 10 -15 walk) so overall it was fantastic - may need a bit of maintenance would be great but for the price it was good"

"Took city train from airport. When we got off city train it was hard to find the bus we needed to get on to to go to the hotel so we took a cab. Cost about 11 euro. Instruction that I got through Watsup from hotel was very clear (make sure you download Watsup app. Most hotel if not all in Europe is the way they will communicate with you) Hotel was great. Easy access to restaurants and bars. It also behind a pharmacy and grocery store. About 30 min walk to the colosseum. Room was clean and cozy....

"The hotel is perfectly positioned for the Colosseum which is literally a 10 minute walk, there are lots of restaurants very close so all in all it’s a great base to explore this fantastic city, the staff at the hotel are really friendly and very helpful, we had a double room on the 2nd floor which was quite small but as we were not in the room much this didn’t matter.
