I pointed this out directly on the “owners” feedback page but no response or acknowledgment. Other than that it’s a great convenient location. As per other reviews the walls are thin here so no matter how quiet people try to be upstairs you will hear everything. Just hope you and the other occupants are on the same schedule. ”

“Unit is located nicely downtown with a convenience store nearby. The unit was clean and very spacious for the price. The unit is located above a nightclub which meant that at times music was audible from the bedrooms. Overall, it was a worthwhile stay and we enjoyed our time!”

“This property was AMAZING! In town for my son’s wedding. Venue within walking distance (< 2 min) even my 84 year old mother was able to walk to wedding! I hosted the bride to be, her mother, aunt, and sister for pre-wedding brunch and hair / makeup. Everything I needed was available in the rental. Two very large bedrooms and gorgeous bathrooms. The windows and natural lighting along with private patio lended itself to amazing photos as stated by the professional photographer. Walking distance to……

“Despite some issues getting access to the property, the host took care of me and the issue promptly and kept me apprised the entire time. The property is on the edge of the nicer area of OTR but didn't feel unsafe. Would definitely choose this host again!”

“We saw this abandoned old historic ammunition factory location years ago, and had noticed the redevelopment into residential units and a brewery. So when we saw an opportunity to stay there we couldn't resist. This apartment is outstanding, and considering the brewery and the trail beside the river we really enjoyed our stay.”
