“Great pool area ”

“The Hilton Netherland is a classic building in downtown Cincinnati. This hotel used to be the train station and the architecture is very interesting. The bathrooms in the rooms need to be re-done, they have tall sided tubs you have to step over to get into, the bathroom is very small and hard to turn around in. The Front Desk service was excellent, most of the servers were excellent and friendly. Room service was not available when I tried calling. ”

“6年前来过，总体变化不大，但是从万豪变成索内斯特管理，软件还是查了一点，拖鞋，洗漱用具都没了，厨房设施也少了锅子，总体有明显退步。设施开始有点老旧了。该更新了。”

“What an experience. Top notch service. Among the best staff I have seen in a hotel or hotel bar. Rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. It’s located within walking distance of downtown Cincinnati. I will pick this hotel again in the future. ”

“Front desk staff were polite. Rooms were clean. Room cleaning was promised daily but they did not followed through. It was a decent place to sleep and get out for our sightseeing weekend. ”

“I liked how it has gotten updated. Bed are alot more comfortable. I liked how the pool stayed open later then most places ( but our room was on otherside of building away from it so we couldnt hear anyone in it)...with that being said walls are so thin you can hear everything!!! I loved the updated blockout curtains and how they were secured to walls on side so no extea light got in from outside!..over all was a good stay”

“All employees was nice .. only issue I had was at midnight I asked for some dry cereal for my 3yr old autistic granddaughter cause she wouldn’t eat anything an they told me no , we had to wait till breakfast.. other than that it was nice clean an everyone else friendly an went above an beyond ”

“We just needed a "pit stop" arrived at 1am and left at about 830 am. The night clerk was prompt and kind. However I was startled by a women sitting in the dark breakfast area when she cursed at someone on the phone saying the police had already dropped her off. The room was clean and comfortable but minor repairs here and there poorly done not run down but more shabby. The breakfast was hot and clean morning staff was very friendly. Other guests were not families not friendly. The hotel……

“Close to airport. No parking on arrival”

“Everything and everyone was courteous and helpful except for losing my keys to my car at the valet!!!!! Valet was way too busy and a lot of confusion. I needed to be home by noon to 1 pm and didn’t arrive back to Lancaster OH until 3:45. I feel that I should have been compensated somehow!!”

“Stayed here for my son Aau basketball tourney in the area. Was a little skeptical after other reviews, however I’m glad I made the decision to stay here. Exceeded my expectations for the situation. If I’m ever in the area for a tournament, business quick 1 or 2 night stay etc will for sure stay here over the the other glamorous name hotels. 5 stars!!!!!”
