“The shuttle was really convenient”

“Love the suite style for our family trip (couple+kid+Grandma), spacious. The lift is slow. Nice breakfast area but the replenish speed was a bit slow on memorial Day Monday and the following day. Don't even have forks or butter for the second half of the session. ”

“The breakfast was excellent, shuttle service great, and the staff courteous. However, we had a non-working fridge for 2 days before it was replaced, the pool was being repaired so it couldn't be used, there was nothing available around the area, and although our room was non smoking the room next to ours wasn't and the smoke permeated our room every night causing our allergies to flair up and not allowing us to get a good night's sleep.”

“Hotel was very close to exit, easy accessing and next to gas station, which is good for rental car return. Took some time to check-in due to incorrect input of my name, first name and family name, in reverse order by hotel stuff.”

“Overall our stay was great. The staff was friendly any time we encountered them, and while the building is a bit older it is well kept and tidy. The only complaint we had was that the pillows on both beds were incredibly soft throw pillows, not standard size or with any kind of stability for your head. Otherwise, this is a location we'd definitely stay at again, we'd just bring our own pillows next time. ”

“The first room we received was very poor, but the staff accomodated us by moving us to a nicer room. The television experience is terrible. The picture continually buffered making watching it dofficult. The internet service was terrible, which is why the television experience was bad. ”
