carpet was very dirty, some spots on the carpet was very sticky. The manager came and washed the sticky spot in our room in front of the bathroom door. we were there for 5 days and never had room service. we did get clean towels from the office, Never for us again

We liked that we could leave our vehicles there as it is so close to the airport. We didn’t like the conflicting opinions between the staff who didn’t seem to know the answer. We were concerned about the safety of the hotel because we couldn’t enter the establishment from the outside or from the inside if the elevator was not in operation. Also, our room was given to another guest who entered our room by using a key to our room. Therefore, we had very restless night!

It was dirty an the manager was very rude and rolling her eyes and didn't want to accommodate me and charge me extra for a dirty holes in wall room

For an older property, it was very clean. Bathroom looked like all new. Bed was comfortable. No usb outlets on the electrical outlets. Stayed on the first floor and door is on the outside. Heard every time aomeone was locking/unlocking their car. Staff is very friendly. I would stay again.
