We booked this place because of the amenities. On the website it shows they have a buffet breakfast and a pool for the kids. We got checked in and no breakfast and the pool was disgusting! We got a room with a pull out couch for the kids. We asked for extra pillows and blankets and things for the kids to sleep. They said, they don’t have any pillows. So our kids were without pillows. They only provided us with 2 towels for a family of four. The soap in the room was so old and dried out it was discolored. They did not provide shampoo or any body wash. The room was very old and worn down looking. There were soft spots in the floor where you felt as though you would fall through. Our neighbor had a huge barking dog that he told us to go inside around because it may attack! We have small children! There was dirty dishes in the dishwasher, no silverware or cooking utensils for a suite with a full kitchen. There was dog poop all over the property and when we told the lady at the front desk we were not satisfied she was extremely rude. Do not waste your money on this place.

When I reserved the room, it was to be a ground level room. When I checked in, I was put in a room on the 2nd floor. I go to the room, and the housekeeping staff left the door wide open, and they left the towels they were cleaning with on the table. The smoke alarm was beeping the for the first 3 hours, after checking in until I finally called and Diane came to replace the battery. The lower level bathroom was dirty had black curly hairs in the tub with spiders, the toilet had urine spots on the seat, and the couch had massive stains on it as well as the bottom of the living room curtains (looked like dried blood)! The bathroom upper door frame looked like some thing clawed its way out of it. At 9:45 pm there were kids unsupervised outside screaming and playing basketball when the property rules are quiet hours start at 9 pm. I called front desk and stated I was checking out due to the noise and having to be at the hospital to work at 4:30 am and she said "well they are kids, do you really want me to go make my rounds and yell at kids?" I said if that is your job and your property rules then yes but not because I complained. She went to check me out and couldn't find me, for another employee put some guys name in on the room after I checked in! I wouldn't stay here if the room was free.

This place was terrible I tried to check in early ok rooms not ready until 3pm ok that’s fine went back at 3 still not ready 30 minutes later still not ready front desk clerk kept telling me that the manager is checking the room finally the manager told her to give me an upgrade so they gave me a loft got to this room omg the carpet was stained and smelled like piss the toilets was dirty the curtains had stains all over them the back of the sofa had big stains I mean it was terrible all kind of wired people all this place I would never and I mean never stay at this property again I wish I could get a refund I had to go buy my own towels because those towels they had in the that room was disgusting that stay was bad spider webs

I didn’t end up staying it was disappointing dirty. There were joint left overs outside my door. There were sunflower seeds on my floor. The rug was disgusting. People hanging out around that looked unsafe. Wasted my money. Had to find a different hotel

Poorly supplied 1 coffee cup and 1 plate. No kleenex no dishwashung soap no dishtoweks no handtowels nor washcloths. Bed very comfortable , good space unable to open patio door.

For the most part the room was relatively clean, however there were some areas that could have used improvement. There was a stain in the bathroom area by the sink that appeared to be blood. While taking a shower the water would not drain causing the tub to fill with water while showering. Upon arrival we did not have any wash cloths. We called down to the desk for some but they did not have any. We ended up using hand towels to bathe with. We were able to get some towels the next morning. I will say the person helping with check in was very friendly and helpful.
