“I would not stay again! Filthy room People hanging out in front of entrance. Front entrance not marked. The entire place wreaks of cigarette smell & filth! Room was loud...main highway right outside window. People playing loud music. Worst place ever!”

“Clean and has everything we need! Breakfast is okay, nothing much to eat. Downside is no housekeeping daily so we out of toilet papers! Otherwise the price is good! Didnt see any bugs or roach!!! Will stay again. Building is newly updated. ”

“We had great weather to utilize the wonderful outdoor space of this property for coffee on the deck in the morning to cookout and hammerschlagen in the evening. 2 couples with 6 adult children enjoyed having their own bedroom along with ample bathrooms to not feel cramped. Very clean! Had an issue with internet/cable, but the owner responded in a timely manner to rectify the issue.”

“Responsive owner. Great location for what we needed. Comfortable beds. Shower has good water pressure. Nice kitchen. This is spring in Minnesota and both the A/C and heat worked great. The house was very clean and the checkout instructions were simple and quick. This was a last minute trip and Dorcas was quick to help me with correcting the dates I needed and get extra blankets to keep us cozy at night.”

“Great location! Walking distance to great bakery and independent used bookstore. Construction on nearby street didn’t really affect us. Also short walk to Lake Harriet.”

“This is the second time we have stayed here. Close to the airport and Mall of America. Very Clean. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided to start your stay. We purchase extra for the rest of our stay, which is normal for house rentals. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. I like the three couches in the family room, plenty of room to all sit together. There are four bedrooms upstairs with a tub bathroom. Three bedrooms downstairs with a walking shower bathroom. There is a toilet/sink off……

“The house had a lot of space for everyone and had a great feel. It was located close to attractions and dining. The neighborhood was family oriented and had a walking/biking trail right outside the front door. 2 stall garage was an added bonus. Great communication by the property owner. This will be my go to place when visiting Minneapolis.”

“Property managers were excellent and very responsive and helpful. The pool and arcade were definitely the highlight of our get away. Kitchen is nice with lots of countertop space. Pool was very warm and cozy for all ages with lots of pool toys available.”

Spacious, clean, and adorable. 2 kitchens, 2 washer/dryer sets, what else do you need? Restaurant within walking distance. Close to many attractions the twin cities have to offer. And close to the graduation ceremony for my daughter... perfect! Communication with the owner was quick, responsive, and friendly!”
