“We went on a long weekend and the check lines were quite long, but the people in the front desk were very patient to check us in. They even accommodated our request to have the 2 rooms close and helped downgrade from family suite to the standard suite.. The resort was very convenient to go to the universal, shuttles were running constantly and they had so many food options in the food court. The pools are very clean and you can even buy floating tube for lazy river which you can use there and……

“Great views, awesome location, decent room. Definitely a great option if you’re looking to enjoy the beach and local attractions. While the room and shower were on the smaller/older side, everything was clean and comfortable. Definitely some of the better accommodations in the neighborhood. Grounds were nice, parking was a little tough but safe lot, off the street. Air conditioner was ICE cold which is nice on a 99 degree day. Wouldn’t recommend the food downstairs tbh, but the drinks were……

“Photos of the property are not updated to this time, the appearance of the buildings makes it feels unsafe at night but it’s not. Overall, the staff was super nice and attentive. The room was pretty good and comfy and we had a good breakfast. ”

“The house itself was neat and clean. We had no complaints with the house. It was exactly as we expected. The area closer to the beach was a little "sketchy" and run down. Having 2 vehicles in our party and having to park one of them a block away and walking back and forth was a little inconvenient, but thankfully, the weather was nice - no rain and not too hot or too cold. Overall, I'd rent the property again for a short stay, as we did this time for the night before a cruise, or a longer stay……

“We picked this place for our quick family getaway to see the Kennedy Space Center. The area is great with restaurants and the beach in walking distance (good for watching a 5:15 am rocket launch!). The condo was clean and having the beach chairs and towels accessible was a huge bonus.”

In addition, Gretchen has provided an extremely comfortable and immaculately clean place to stay with so many amenities it would be hard to list them all. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, luxurious bathroom, washer-dryer, beach chairs, and ample storage. Gretchen was great to work with and very responsive regarding questions and concerns. She let us know about a Space-X launch occurring during our stay which we could watch while……

“My daughter had a softball tournament in Merritt Island so we needed a place mainly to sleep as we were at the ball field all day. This place was perfect for the 2 of us! The apartment is super cute, clean, and comfortable. The apartment buidling is cute, clean, and quiet. Also, the view of the pool and banana river is beautiful! We were bummed that we never got back early enough to the pool. It looks like a wonderful place to relax. :-) Just be aware that the second "bedroom" is pretty much a……
