My room was small but very clean plus it was in walking distance to the shops and a five minute drive to the beach. And even though my room was right next to the Pacific Hwy it was quiet plus with only one entry i felt safe and secure.

The bathroom gets flooded the water from the shower didn’t drain immediately to the drain because the floor waste didn’t have enough gradient and was in the wrong position

Horrible smell, felt dirty before we even walked in, lack of AC working, felt unsafe, otherwise wonderful conversation at front desk. Don’t expect ice or water. Linens and bed were pretty cheap.

Our booking "got lost in the technology platform". We arrived around 5pm, and about five other couples were waiting for the staff person on the desk to give us our rooms given that the computer system was not working. She was unable to help. We were tired from a day on the road so went and found other accommodation rather than fight a tedious battle that was probably going to not result in a room for the night. Id never go there again.

Shower had no perimeter on the floor to keep water in recess. Towels had to be put on floor to absorb bathroom water. Aircon had not been cleaned or maintained
