"Mary has a great set up. We loved being able to bring our dogs and let them run around and explore the property. It was the perfect weekend space to relax and unwind. My own complaint is the booking is listed as a “private and peaceful stay” however while we were there about 6 side-by-sides drove up the private driveway and hung out for 30-40 minutes at the top of the hill. "My wife and I had a great time exploring the finger lakes region. Staying in this cabin was a great locatiin to the two of the larger lakes. I wanted to stay away from people and this cabin fit that perfrctly. The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the lakes. Everything was clean and a fully stocked kitchen. "My family , 4 of us - all adults, plus 2 medium sized dogs stayed for 2 nights. The cabin is very cute, very small - no electricity , port a potty . All that was ok, but it rained all weekend - so it was cramped . It would have been great if it hadnt rained . The location is beautiful , there was a wedding on the proprty and you can easily hear every word of the music - that was kinda fun actually.. All in all, it was a great visit!"

"We stayed here for 2 days with our family and a friend’s family. The property was deep inside from the main roads. However it was very private, quiet and we had a great time staying here. Everything we needed for our stay was available, from kitchen appliances, utensils to toiletries. The hosts were very prompt in responses too when we had questions. "Our stay at the Quiet Spot" was amazing. So many places to visit around the area. Surrounded by waterfalls and lakes, they give us an opportunity for pleasant drives. The house is wonderfully enchanted with trees set all around on a huge piece of land. Our hosts, Mindy and Steve have bird feeders and suet around the house for us to bird watch. "Check in was very easy, I was given a code to a lockbox. I overpacked assuming it would be a little more rustic, turns out it has all the comfort and conveniences of home. Cottage, grounds, and hot tub were clean and inviting. We were there very early spring before the leaves grew on the trees and the view was incredible! There’s a nice hiking trail a mile down the road, and water access directly across the street. This place exceeded my expectations all around! Book it!"
