“I was not impressed with the parking situation and having to park 2 plus blocks away and cross a major street. We were able to use residential parking. This needs to be disclosed when booking.”

“What a great place. A short distance to both downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain Park. Look out over gently rolling Fall River and listen to it while sleeping. Isolated even though close to everything. Well appointed except for the kitchen. But who comes to Estes to cook. The hosts were congenial and helpful and right on sight. We were here in May but hope to come back in the summer or fall.”

“We were excited to find a property that had a place for the dogs to go outside so we didn't have to leash them every time and we thought this place had that. However, when we let them outside we realized that not only was there multiple ways for them to get out of the yard (hole in the fence, giant opening under the building next door), but the yard was also just a full of mud. So, we had to do some good cleaning once letting them back in and did not let them out back again. We only took them……

“This loft is all about location, walk to restaurants and shops in downtown Littleton and easy access to highway. It was clean and comfortable. It is not "elegant, executive" as described. Décor and furniture are eclectic and dated, including the red sheets and curtains. The bathroom is very small and at the opposite end of unit from the bedroom. With that said, for the price it was a good value.”

“Just back from an awesome trip to Colorado Springs. First time there and it was fantastic. Our accommodations were top notch! Great location, near everything you want and have such a nice view. Beds comfortable, the shower was the best!! Everything worked. So nice and quiet. Our hosts were accommodating, and communicated throughty, also were able to welcome us which really helped, started everything off on such a positive note. “This place is just right for a nice and relaxing getaway. It is well up the mountain which allows for the breathtaking views right outside the door, but it is still close to town where you can run in to grab lunch or just drive around. The accommodations were fantastic: the shower was hot, the bed was comfy, the kitchen had plenty to work with, the tv had every channel and all streaming capabilities for watch anything from the Masters to UFC to Netflix. There are two comfy chairs out front……
