“The property and the whole town was so fun! We are from Wisconsin and this is exactly what I expected from an old mining town in the mountains. We enjoyed all the gaming. The only problem was I had a hard time finding an ice machine that worked. It was reported and I hope it’s being fixed. That was the only small bump. The trip was wonderful!”

“This hotel has a very nice view and is a great choice for shooting or watching the stars. Their service staff is very friendly and will assist you very well with things to do at the top of the mountain to fix inconveniences. The rooms are slightly smaller than similarly priced hotels, but I think the starry sky at night definitely makes up for it, and the balcony on the side of the house offers a great starry sky experience. “We stayed 3 nights at this property. Checking in was easy and friendly. We were caught off guard by a $12/day parking fee. We saw ear plugs available at check in, and knowing we were walking distance from the train station, we had concerns. Thankfully we were not bothered by the train noise. We only would hear a few quick whistles a couple of times per day. No ear plugs required. The location was very convenient for all we needed.
