Towel rack and the toilet paper holder were broken, shower dripped, and general cleanliness of the hotel was poor to fair.

The room was nice, but the couch was scratched on the bottom.

The place was fine for the basics. Clean, simple. Comfortable bedding. A little expensive for the amenities included. Lighting in the room was terrible. Staff was very friendly and efficient. The whole building felt a little dated, but overall there was nothing to really complain about except for the poor lighting.

Someone was able to unlock my door and attempt to enter in the middle of the night! Very unsafe and the situation was handled very poorly!!

We have a convention of about 250 people at this hotel every year. The Saturday lunch and dinner were both dysfunctional, with delays of 60 and 90 minutes before we could eat. They ran out of silverware and some food items. The food was good when we finally got it. My room was good, check in was slow and understaffed. Water pressure was weak. The meal delays impacted the convention.
