“Great convenient location. ”

“Very nicely located property. 5-8 minutes to the water. Less than 1 km to train. Very competitive price. Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us”

“Appartement bien décoré , fonctionnel ( manquait juste une couette et une table basse ) très bien situé à 2 pas du duomo du Como. Très bonne communication avec le contact Abritel , procédures d’entrée très claires . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 2 nuits , le seul bémol était de ne pas trouver la place de parking gratuit comme cela était stipulé dans l’annonce…”

“We'd stayed 6 nights here and I cannot recommend highly enough. If we travel this region again someday, I'll definitely book this clean and cozy villa. 1. Location We could reach almost everywhere so easy by car. (Supermarket: 2 min. to Granmercato & 5 min. to Bennet City Center: 15~18 min. Outlet: 20 min. to FoxTown) This luxury villa is located on the middle of the hill, so the view was amazing(luckily we could enjoy the fireworks from the lake in the garden). 2. Facilities All electric……

“We loved the cosy Apartment and it was sufficient for our needs. However, we were not aware of such a busy road outside the entrance and with small children in toe a bit problematic to watch in the narrow street. Also, the metal sewer plate right in front of the apartment in the ground rattles every time a car drives over it. A bit disturbing to hear constantly in the apartment at night.”

“Acomodação muito boa, o espaço do apartamento muito bom. 98 degraus de escadas. O banheiro era espaçoso, porém o boxe de tomar banho muito pequeno . Mas no geral muito bom . ”
