“I really liked this property. I really appreciated they have actual mini cribs versus the old tattered pack and plays a lot more expensive hotels have. I also liked that their provided products were dove pump bottles. Beds were comfy, staff was nice, overall great stay. ”

“A surprise that valet parking was required. Tv didn’t work, a fee for internet use. It seems when you pay premium price, some amenities should be provided. Only half of the elevators was working , the George Strait concert the line stretched outside the lobby to use the elevators. Needless to say I will not use this property again.”

“It’s a beautiful hotel. The problem we had was with parking. We chose to self park. We were not told that there was no elevator or easy way to get back to the lobby. Therefore, we were left dealing with stairs and several pieces of luggage. The front entrance is a beautiful rotating glass door. The problem is, it is not automatic and you have to push it. That is hard to do while dealing with luggage. Not an impressive beginning to our stay. ”

“Very few cons. Neat property. Room was fantastic House Keeping was amazing. Breakfast was incredible! Get the French Toast! Had it three days in a row. Some of the cons and I’m being a little picky but there was no valet attendant present when we arrived and here you have to use valet. Be better if there was a sign notifying the guests that they’ll be back very soon or something. We were confused as to what to do when we arrived. Also the foyer needed dusting and decluttering. They can’t help……
