“The owners were great. Respected our privacy, answered any and all of our questions or needs. Property is beautiful, great fishing in the lake. Quiet surroundings, and other things to explore with a short drive. Just a really great experience!”

“It was a cute little older home. With nice updates on the inside. They are definitly doing work to the exterior. In the description it said there was a grill. Which there was unfortunately there was so many large black trash bags you could not get to it. The first step at the side walk was broken. And the railing inaide was very loose. Although there was some minor issues we enjoyed out atay.”

“No AC that was weird but really didn’t need it fans in every room but not on living room,kitchen or dining room. House have a back yard but you can not access door is locked with wire. Tub is broken but they put a cover on it I thought it was not acceptable according to VRBO standards but in general was a good place for the value”

It has a relaxing rural ambiance with easy access to the Interstate and a short drive to Binghamton. Daryl, the host, is friendly, insightful, and helpful. We got a good night's sleep, and our little dog enjoyed running around in the yard. All in all, an unusually pleasant place to stay.”

“We were there for house hunting. Location was great for us. Everything was within a 5-10 minute drive. Home was neat and clean. Furnished fairly well for the size but there was no place for me to unpack. There were hangers in the closets but they were stuffed with extra pillows, blankets, etc. Host only communicated through the VRBO message board which made it a little difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if needed.”

“We have family in Johnson City, and this was a perfect location for us!! We loved staying in this beautiful home. The owners have done an excellent job renovating and renovating with creativity!! Every decoration in this house was chosen with care. We had everything we needed, including hand soap and filtered water! Both much appreciated. Communication was great and very responsive to any needs we had, which weren’t many. Looking forward to our next stay!!”

“I really have mixed feelings about my stay. For just somewhere to crash at a low price, it was fine. In fact, I sense they did a lot to make a modified single-wide trailer house into a stayable place. There are newer fixtures and furniture, but things like wall paint and trim and such were done badly. It was a mix of nice touches and run-down details. I really liked the mini-counter with tall chairs in the kitchen, but weirdly, none of the kitchen cabinets or even the fridge had door……

“We had the best stay at the Little Grey Cabin. Everything was absolutely perfect - clean, cozy, and super charming. All of the details are covered and thought of for this property. Cozy blankets, plush towels, and everything else you could need is included. The property is very private and realxing. We really can't say enough about how much of a hidden gem this place is!”
