“The beds were a little springy. Went down to have some breakfast and there was just coffee. I guess. I didn't look so we had to go to. McDonald's and spend more money that I should have. Got a continental breakfast with my stay at the hotel.”

“The staff was pleasant and friendly but the hotel was not up to par. Room was clean but needed TLC , the floors were nice with vinyl hardwood so that was a plus( I don’t like carpet in hotels!), most areas were in process of some type of either demolition or construction ( really couldn’t tell) it was non smoking but smelled of smoke in the halls, which wafted into our room. The entry’s were not locked so anyone could walk around. No hair dryer, there was a coffee pot but no coffee and supplies,……

“We were looking for a quiet location, close enough to civilization, yet far enough away from the noise. This is it. An enjoyable Friday through Monday stay. Clean and well kept, as well as well appointed. The hosts are fantastic, and the hiking was grand. The library of books is wonderful, and the selection of videos is eclectic. Highly recommended for a brief respite from the daily grind. We'll be back, as well as recommending this location to our friends, which is the greatest……

“We enjoyed the cabin except we were a little dismayed there was no address number, made it a bit hard to know the rt cabin. Also, since it was somewhat cold and rainy we could not really enjoy watching tv because it is not set up to enjoy programming we wanted and very difficult to understand even how to work the tv!”

“We just cannot say enough about this amazing property, from the gorgeous and spacious home, to the peaceful and beautiful surrounding property. Everyone in our family, ages 6-88, said this was the perfect vacation. The host took so much time to pay attention to detail and it was greatly appreciated - from the stocked kitchen, to the huge dining tables inside and out, to providing firewood, to the well marked trails. We had such a relaxing week and fully enjoyed the outdoors, especially the back……
