“Lovely stay. Cabin is adorable, clean, with a gorgeous view. Dave and Joann were very helpful as hosts and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything.”

“Mary has a great set up. We loved being able to bring our dogs and let them run around and explore the property. It was the perfect weekend space to relax and unwind. My own complaint is the booking is listed as a “private and peaceful stay” however while we were there about 6 side-by-sides drove up the private driveway and hung out for 30-40 minutes at the top of the hill. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if we would’ve had a heads up. We had dogs running around and a baby trying to sleep. In……

“We had a wonderful stay at the house in Hammondsport! It was clean, roomy and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer available was nice too. The location is great as you’re close to downtown and the lake-all within walking distance. We would recommend this house!”

“I stayed with my wife and a group of friends for a race at Watkins Glen. This house worked out perfectly for the six of us with plenty of space for everyone and really nice common areas plus a nice backyard by a river with a grill. The house and property were beautiful and the area was gorgeous, very close to Watkins Glen State Park and a short drive to town with great stores and restaurants. I’d love to come back and stay longer!”

We really appreciate all of the handy suggestions and recommendations - they filled our days with lots to do. “My family , 4 of us - all adults, plus 2 medium sized dogs stayed for 2 nights. The cabin is very cute, very small - no electricity , port a potty . All that was ok, but it rained all weekend - so it was cramped . It would have been great if it hadnt rained . The location is beautiful , there was a wedding on the proprty and you can easily hear every word of the music - that was kinda fun actually.. All in all, it was a great visit!”

The hosts clearly care a lot about this property, everything was clean and well maintained. They provided many ideas for nearby attractions (including wineries, of course). We would absolutely visit again!”

“We had such a great stay here for a week. Being right on the lake brought the four of us the peace and quiet we were all hoping for. Two of us could get cell service and two of us couldn't. My husband and I never missed our phones once. It was just so nice to be steps away from the water. There were kayaks for us to use, paddle boat and a row boat. We used all of them. And that great country fresh air led to some great naps and sleeping. We only ventured out a few days. Lot's of things to do in……

“This place was comfy, convenient to all wineries & towns & lake is quiet. There are 2 cozy fire pits at this place & cool outside sitting are. The hosts are great & are there to assist you in any way they can. I’d recommend staying if you need a cool place to stay at the Finger Lakes.”

“The house is very clean. The kitchen has like new appliances. We had a slight maintenance issue, I called Charlie and it was taken care of immediately. Charlie is a great host. I will definitely be back.”
