“Just far enough out of town. Within half hour of major breweries and larger towns. Quiet neighborhood. On dirt road. Travel would be tough in winter months. Other than windy hills and many narrow roads from where i was coming from. 90% of the travel was rt90.”

“Beautiful, quiet house tucked away in the mountains. Enjoyed a week here while my son played at Cooperstown All Star Village. Just a short 9 min drive to the fields. Home was very clean with all the amenities. Shelly was an excellent host and immediately available for any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!”

“Nice cabin to relax and escape to. There’s a few trails around and the towns around have everything you need. The owner of the property was super helpful and always responded immediately. Very easy to communicate with. It snowed while we were up there which was absolutely beautiful being surrounded by trees. There was a smell coming up through the drains from the sewage but we had a candle in the bathroom and the kitchen which was perfect so not to bad. We had told Revi about it and she wanted……

“We loved our stay in this amazingly cute cabin. It had everything we needed and more. Ray and Rena did such a great job converting and decorating this old hunting cabin. Eclectically chic. Loved the sinks and cute little corner dresser. Each night, after a day of exploring, we looked forward to a shower of never-ending hot water. Very much appreciated! We would have loved to have spent more time here and enjoyed a fire out by the creek. Unfortunately, we were too busy sightseeing. Did enjoy……

“Beautiful property that offers a unique experience of staying in a log house. The fire stove provided more than enough warmth to the entire house. The additional propane heater is also there in case we did not want to keep the fire stove going all the time. Shower cubicle is really small for a guy like me (I am 6 feet 2 inches tall), but I was still able to manage take showers.”

“We had a short but wonderful stay at this cute cabin. Josh & Katie did everything they could to make our stay very enjoyable. We enjoyed the view, the cows, horses, chicken and the wild turkeys wandering around. So quiet and peaceful but close enough to have a good time in Cooperstown.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Roseann’s cabin in East Meredith. We were attending a wedding in the area, and stayed here with my parents who helped care for our 18 month old son. The house was perfect for us - the three bedrooms allowed us to have our son in a separate room, and provide a queen bed for both my parents and me and my husband. There is also a tub, a pack and play, and air conditioning. It was difficult to find something else in the area that would accommodate these needs, so we were……

“My cousin and i enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen. The front stairs were quite daunting! Getting to the front door with our bags took great effort. It did not diminish our enjoyment of the space but i would caution seniors (like us!) And anyone else with mobility or balance issues.”
