“First of all we had a very nice stay. The view from the several balconies and terraces and pool is stunning - enjoy a cold drink and look atnthe sunset over yhe ionic sea. The pool is cleaned regularly. The house itself is a bit out of shape - broken umbrellas, sofas covered by blankets (not visible in the announced photos). Kitchen well equipped but broken covers here and there, light bulbs defective. In the lower garden broken furniture, abandoned construction material is just left visible to……

“Super Lage. Sehr nette Familie Dafnis bei Problemen sehr hilfsbereit .Einzige minus Punkt :die Duschen und der Whirlpool konnte renoviert werden. Eine Caffè Maschine wäre auch nicht schlecht .Sonnst haben wir ein Super Urlaub.Aha! Diese Ölmanufaktur Führung ist zu empfehlen .Noch mall danke an die Familie Dafnis”

“Pelekas Villa had everything we needed for a chilled and relaxing stay in Corfu. Communication with Andy the owner was amazing. We were so grateful for the fantastic welcome pack you provided as we arrived very late. We were visiting family close by and after daily excursions and meals out together we were able to chill out by the pool and spend quality time together. The garden is lovely. There are so many places to visit - car needed- we went to Glyfada beach, our grandsons favourite. Agni……

“A beautiful secluded property in the lovely Pelekas village. Not easy to access the beach without a car but the view from the property is outstanding. A few maintenance issues, but nothing that really impacted us (tv not working, pool light out, one toilet not working) and easily fixed I imagine. Lorenco property manager very kind. Having the entire villa and pool to ourselves was fantastic. Fully equipped kitchen but no pantry staples, although eating out in the village is a better option……

“I stayed at Cote Jardin Villa this month (Sept 2023) with my three sisters. We were enthralled with the location, the villa itself, the garden and pool area, in fact, the whole experience has left us with lots of wonderful memories, memories that we shall cherish, forever... The delightful host, Chris, was there to greet us and to show us around, he left us a fabulous 'welcome box' full of local goodies and a lovely chilled bottle of wine. He was on hand at all times to sort anything that needed……

“Very helpful and welcoming landlord. Breathtaking views over the bay, with Corfu town twinkling on one side and the mountains of Albania in the distance. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. A great place to explore the island. It should be mentioned that there are 55 steps from street level to the door....it will get you fit. The view is worth the climb!”

“Alan is an amazing host , there was a very generous welcome pack that was greatly appreciated. The house itself was immaculate and very well stocked- a home from home . The location is perfect, a very easy walk into Kassiopi (10 minutes) Highly recommend and would most definitely return!!”

“Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Haus und Pool wurden zwischendurch gereinigt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann von hier aus gut die Insel erkunden. Bäcker, Taverne/Bar und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, auf der Straße vor dem Haus gibt es praktisch keinen Verkehr. Von der Terrasse blickt man ins Grüne. Sehr nette Vermieter! Vielen Dank an Astrid, Martin und Debbie für den schönen Urlaub.”

“Modest villa but worked well for us. Great location. We preferred it to the other side of San Stefanos as the roads were easier to navigate. Close to brilliant supermarket Nikos who deliver for free.”

“We stayed at the villa with our adult ‘children’ and it was everything we expected and more. The villa has plenty of ‘break-away’ areas - so if you don’t feel like being around the pool area with everyone else you can curl up with a book or a glass of wine on the verandah or in the swing chair in the shade. The location was fantastic and beautiful beaches were a short drive away, as were some small supermarkets where you could buy your provisions for the villa. Would love to return again……

“Wir waren total begeistert, die Villa ist ein Traum, sauber ordentlich total nette Besitzer. Fünf Sterne reichen nicht mindestens zehn. Der Strand war jetzt nicht so schön aber man geht einfach ein Stück weiter und dann top. Auch der Pool mega, sauber, Grill ist vorhanden, es fehlt einem an nix. Wir kommen wieder”

“The villa and pool were amazing and Giannis really went out of his way to make us feel welcome with a very friendly nature throughout and lots of goodies left for us when we arrived. The villa itself was immaculate and had more than we needed in terms of facilities. The area was very peaceful and in June was all green with lots of birds flying around. We watched the sun set in the ocean from the main balcony. The pool area was where we spent most of our time, with BBQ, oven, dishwasher, toilet……

“Lovely property with great views , lovely swimming pool and balcony, has parking space ample tables and chairs. It is approximately a 15 minute fairly steep walk from the main road and well stocked supermarket with car hire .”

“The villa was excellent, with a brilliant pool and good facilities. We were able to eat outside all the time under the wooden roof despite the weather being overcast for 2 days. It was very child friendly with fencing all round the pool. The ensuite bathrooms were very appropriate for the different parts of the family. The villa was within walking distance of a supermarket and several Taverna's and close to the sea.”
