We waited a few min for our room she explained understaffed. Appreciate the chat while we waited. “A nice place to stay: we felt safe. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was a good variety. i liked the text correspondence with manager. I requested clean towels for our second night through text and was promptly answered and serviced. Our bed wasn't made up but I don't know if that is a new thing occurring since Covid? At the time of our visit, the elevator was not working but we had access to the service elevator which worked just fine.”
