“Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood close to everything”

“Nice room, relatively quiet with beach homes surrounding it. Streets and signs are limited with the exception of “Casa” on the 6-story pink building. Neighboring development has a little coffee shop cafe and another restaurant/lounge or it’s a drive. Lots of beach carts to drive other than on the highway. Great staff and very friendly!”

“We had a good time. Only issue was the lack of supplies. More towels, toilet paper and paper towels would have been nice.”

“We were traveling with 2 small children and this location was perfect for what we needed. It’s literally 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and only a few blocks from shopping, restaurants, and nightlife! To anyone traveling with littles, let me say…the washer/dryer inside the condo was a true blessing! William was AWESOME!! He provided us with lots of local info and responded immediately to any questions. If you need an indoor activity, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fire It ceramics. It was a blast for the kids……

“The house was clean, and had a cute Beachy vibe. It was decorated very modern, and had plenty of space. I’m walking distance to the Fulton Pier and many of the local restaurants. The Port Aransas Pass Ferry was a short drive, which made getting to Port Aransas Beach an easy commute. I recommend taking the Ferry instead of driving. We did both! We visited both The Fulton Irish Pub and the Boiling Pot, and the food was excellent. Great place to stay!”

“Condo was very nice and plenty of room for family. Although the cleaning crew and maintenance could have paid closer attention to a few things.. stuff in disposal with bad odor, mirrors smeared as if they thought to clean it but didn't, downstair bathroom shower head barely had water pressure, inside floor tile was pretty but surprisingly slippery and used for a place so close to the beach and lastly comfort and this is only a suggestion, lounging was not the best it could have been to sit……

“We really emjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed as far as coffee pot, pans and utensils. The bed was comfy and we really enjoyed the swimming pool and the pool towels were a nice amenity. We will return.”
