I was supposed to get some credit from Expedia vip but I didn’t . The property is nice clean and a lot of space. No much going on in the resort. They have a nice club at the beach I never seen it used. Also unless you go to the other ruu hotel party there isn’t much going on around day/ night. The workers were not really over friendly, polite and always say hello but is about it. The worse part was drinks had not taste, and I tried many different ones. Either watered down or maybe poor quality liquor? But overall the beach was nice place clean food was ok.

Reservation said we get $900 credit. It’s bogus. They are more like coupons. You have to spend so much Money to use a voucher. Usually about $15 if you spend $100

There really wasn't anything special about this property. Front desk staff at night were rude. I got sick one night. Yes, i threw up in my room. I did mess up 2 sheets and 1 towel. I left a $50 tip for housekeeping. Upon check out i was informed that i was being charged $96 for 2 sheets, 2 towels and 2 washcloths. I had to pay it because they wouldn't let me leave and i was told they were going to call security on me. I tried paying in cash and Jose who said he was the manager looked at my money and claimsed they don't take cash at the resort because it was against federal regulations.I used cash a the gift shop and they surely accepted my cash as tips.I will be disputing those charges with my bank. They don't have staff to help bring down your bag if you have an early flight. I understand not having a full staff at night but there should be a skeleton crew. Also i never stayed at a restored that doesn't offer room service. Hopefully your remote works because they don't have extras. The best part about my trrips was spending time with friends. I returned May 20th and went to urgent care May 22th. I had to submit a stool sample. My doctor notified me that i had a parasite. I wasn't sick because i was hungover. Parasites come from contaminated foods, beverages and feces. I'm disgusted. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GO TO THE RIU LATINO. I''m on antibiotics for 10 days.
