The room is okay we pay to upgrade to the swimup suite. The butter is horrible, yes, I’m naming CESAR. He was doing great of never fulfilling your requests. You need text him three times and go find him at the desk one time to get the things done (request to cleaning the room and deliver a bottle of champagne). Oh, but he is super on time of kicking you out of the room by knocking at your door every 10 mins. I asked for a taxi after check out. He said absolutely and turned out “ Yes please you can request in front desk” The only thing he can do for you is texting you “my pleasure”
The room is pretty wet and dinner is by reservation only. We only got two options to reserve and the others were fully booked. The food is nice and the restaurant staff are super nice.

It is not clean. We got food poisoning in a French restaurant. Rooms are not being clean properly.
Service definitely desired to be better!!!

I liked almost everything about the food could have been a little more better. Every restaurant I made reservations for the food was un-seasoned and bland and the steak was over cooked even when I asked for medium well.

Hotel and staff awesome butlers great transportation around hotels great only bad was room service food not good taste wise and restaurants average and our closest in our room had a pee odor and the couple we traveled with had same problem in there room was bad enough they moved them to another room but other than that i will most definitely be returning the service and conditions 5 star

It was a 5star resort with staff available to help at every step. The room was big, spacious and clean. The property was clean and safe. No issues at all during the stay. Highly recommended.
