No room service unless it was asked. We did so and no service was performed as we stayed 3 nights not 4. No reply to our towel and garbage removal. Even though we received 4 texts from the hotel on any service requests will be their pleasure. Bad service. Small room. Never again.

Crown Isle Resort was beautiful, by far the most amazing hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Loved everything about it!! I will recommend this resort to everyone. It was stunning!! Great check in staff too!!❤️

We were unimpressed with our room. The sink and toilet were so low that we could have been on our knees to use. The bathroom was extremely tiny, bed was uncomfortable and half the plugs did not work. We did talk to the front desk who basically did nothing and didn’t apologize or offer suggestions.

Easy check in and out. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast doesn't start until 9am so plan on leaving property if you're an early riser and don't have a kitchen suite
