“No issues with the property at all. The area it’s in appears to be undergoing a renewal of sorts. Looks like it will be nicer in the future or at least the potential is there. ”

As per other reviews the walls are thin here so no matter how quiet people try to be upstairs you will hear everything. Just hope you and the other occupants are on the same schedule. ”

“My sister and I stayed while on a sister’s trip. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated & very comfortable. We had a quick easy walk to Newport @ Levee and found some great dining options. The hosts went above & beyond with their transparent, quick communications and graciously enabled an early check-in after our travel plans changed. Highly recommend for others and will stay again the next time in the area! We loved sitting on the community deck relaxing & reading after dinner. (Quick note……

“4 adults (2 Couples) had a great stay at this VRBO. Things we loved: 1. Secure, free parking 2. Close to many restaurants, events downtown 3. Using the free connector to get around the downtown 4. Very comfortable living room to watch March Madness 5. Vibrant, eclectic street - music, food, tenants, business owners, people hanging out on the sidewalk others playing football, basketball, ping pong at the well lit, clean park around the corner 6. Easy, secure check-in and access to the building……

“Michelle, the manager, is fantastic. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for your trip. They have a list of amenities, be sure to check it out. The unit is small but beautifully decorated, even better in person. Mount Adams is a very cute town,and you can walk downtown or to Great American Ballpark if you don’t mind steps (about 400!) Only minor watch out… if, like me, you are not as young and spry as you used to be, the space may be a little challenging. Bed and……

“The flat is a wonderful blend of the best of past and present. Antique furnishings and features in the living and sleeping areas are complemented by attractive modern accents. Everything we needed was available in the fully remodeled kitchen. The flat is on a busy corner, but the street noise is a minor inconvenience. We were able to walk across the Roebling Bridge to Cincinnati and enjoy the city. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend this property.”

“I had a business trip and needed a home base for a few days. This place was perfect. It was well located for driving to Louisville and Columbus. The amenities were good, with everything that you needed. The bed was comfortable, the TV was good, and the vibe with the open brick was lovely. Parking is street parking, so just be sure to note street cleaning, but otherwise, it was easy to park within 100 feet of the door. The only thing that could be improved is that there really is no good place……

“The location was in a perfect spot and it was easy to get in and out of the neighborhood to go to all the places that we wanted to visit. The beds, pillows, and couches were very comfortable. We only had one significant complaint - it was unbearably hot upstairs. We couldn't get the thermostat downstairs under 80 degrees, and upstairs felt even hotter. I see comments from other reviews that we should understand "historic home" to mean that the temperature cannot really be controlled, which is……
