This place was absolutely amazing. It’s conveniently located walkable to the main town and the amenities of the hotel are fantastic every single person that works there is so friendly, but specifically we would like to acknowledge
Mayra- coffee bar
Angel - coffee bar
Victoria - food server at Italian restaurant
The beds were very comfortable, the view was like no other just spectacular and the room had a large jacuzzi style tub that you could enjoy while looking out at the beautiful view of the ocean.
Thank you to the Palace and all the staff for the most wonderful experience.

Loved it! While this is a smaller resort, it had everything we needed for a fun family getaway. Some highlights:
1. It was fairly easy to find a poolside chair if you went to claim space early in the day (but not at the crack of dawn). Poolside service was prompt and friendly.
2. The Asian restaurant was AMAZING. I'll return just to eat the desserts there again. The orange chicken will haunt my dreams.
3. The location was a short walk to the city and the ferry to Playa del Carmen - approximately 1/2 mile. Access to the Moon Palace in Playa made for a nice day trip.
Some opportunities:
1. Check-in was a little slow.
2. Room service was very mediocre. I recommend getting up and going to the restaurants.
3. There is no beach. Not a big deal for us as there is an area that can be accessed for ocean swimming and snorkeling. And yay - less and in my swimsuit!
Overall, it was great and we're planning to return. Thanks to all for making is such a great experience!

Hotel muy pequeño y sin acceso a playa.
Instalaciones viejas pero en excelentes condiciones.
El servicio es de primera, pocas opciones de comida y el SPA muy pequeño.

Showing its age. Covid restrictions still somewhat evident. Service somewhat lacking from past visits, staff appears uncertain of future with corporate restructuring and facility scheduled renovation. Still excellent facility but tending to backslide.
