“This cottage is this perfect place for a quick little getaway! We had the most perfect lazy stay for the weekend secluded from the city. Just sitting outside the cottage watching the lake in silence was so peaceful. The host was also extremely responsive and detailed in her messages. Would highly recommend.”

“Our group of 4 adults spent 3 nights in Ezequiel's beautiful property. It was cozy, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the lovely, tranquil outdoor space, and we had easy access to the attractions we were there to visit (Mohank Nature Preserve, CIA -Culinary Institute of America, Storm King Sculpture Park, etc.). Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.”

“Overall, it seemed like the property manager was not ready for guests. The toilet instantly broke, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in probably weeks, and the apartment had stained sheets. It’s a nice place but really not worth the money.”

(I don't like when you are in a house with nothing on the walls and it feels unlived in - this house feels loved and lived in!) We had some issues with the lights not working in the main bedroom, trouble using the shower in the main bedroom and that the pool is only heated with additional payment. “We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this sweet home, making great use of the spacious yard with the fire pit, the hot tub, and the grill. I kept being amazed at how easy everything was. Every time I needed a utensil, it was wherever I first looked! And when the propane tank emptied in the middle of grilling dinner, I glanced around to see where we might find a full one, and there was one right there waiting. Very nice quiet area, lots of room in the house to make all of us 8 adults feel comfortable, like plenty of room on the outside deck… There are minor things that could be addressed, which I’m sure they are well aware. I would recommend for a group that just wants to get away and relax. ”

Old wide pine floors and wood beamed ceilings - very unexpected! Everything we needed was there, comfortable furnishings and a tv to watch the basketball games. “Loved the house, it was fully stocked. Enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace with family. Cooked with ease, I didn't have to search for any cooking apparatus. When we went out to eat we went to Aroma Thyme Bistro and Gaby's. Jeff communicated really well with me. I would definetley rent again, and don't forget to visit Sam's Point.”

“The actual room was excellent, compfy bed. Shower door was hard to open. No handle on the outside. Loud cars going through the neighborhood and my room was up 3 flights of stairs. ”
