"We came to Raleigh for our son’s wedding and new daughter-in-law’s graduation from Duke. This beautiful home could not have been more perfect! There were eight of us - three couples and two children, and this house had plenty of room for all! The kids loved the play area in the backyard, and enjoyed seeing the deer and squirrels. We used the theater room, including the arcade game many times. I appreciated that there were condiments and spices left in the fridge/kitchen! I hate having to buy...

"very conveniently located 0.7 miles from the Convention center - an easy walk on sidewalk and main roads. Some of the neighborhood further down the road was "sketchy" as my kids would say but we did not feel unsafe at any time. Backyard was nicely done with lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit and grill. Outside we could hear traffic and a few trains but not inside the house."

"The hosts were very easy to work with, and the house was in great condition. Very nicely decorated, modern, had all the necessities. The neighborhood--the street and nearby commercial district--are definitely in transition and not ideal for walking. We felt uncomfortable taking our dogs out, even as people who have lived in NYC/Chicago during the 80s :-). While it might feel different to people who are from the area or live on the street, it's a hard place to land for visitors."

The kitchen was appropriately stocked if you wanted to cook or simply get take out. I couldn’t ask for a better stay or host! I've heard of so many different nightmare stays with Premier hosts, so I was a bit Leary. She was wonderful and very attentive. The Cottage itself is so cozy and inviting. I am looking forward to staying again under better circumstances."
