"This property was the perfect location to visit with family and friends for Christmas. It’s near many stores and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the extra amenities too like the soaps, shampoos, nice bottle of wine… We loved the wood fireplace with gas and used it every chance we had. The kitchen was also well equipped. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Thank you Vic and Grace for the great experience."

"It’s super close to downtown Yorkville!! So in the months with better weather it would be perfect to stay and walk to the few restaurants downtown and little shops and the river area. We arrived a little early and the host let us in and was able to change the codes around so we could check in as it was cold out! So super accommodating helpful!! Also the garage is a bonus but anything larger than a mid range suv is not going to fit as parking is tight! The only issue we had was the neighbors were...

"I stayed there to celebrate Christmas and one of my kid's birthdays. I raised my kids in this area and they still live there so we knew the area well. It was a very nice time. The only thing I personally would change is that the mattresses are too firm. I have hip problems and I wasnt able to sleep. Two of my kids went home to sleep the second night because of the mattresses but one of my children loved the firm mattress. It would be nice if there was an option for a softer mattress on at least...

"Unfortunately, the road was a total construction zone for apparent sewer/water lines in process of being dug underground...once in the driveway, obtaining the access code took an extra call to VRBO customer service but, after that, everything was wonderful! A very spacious, 3-bedroom home with a great entertainment room in the basement and fully functional kitchen--it was great being able to prepare our own breakfast each day. (Note: we tried the jukebox in the living room, but couldn't get any...
