“The property overall was good. The breakfast was more than we expected. Our only complaint was the lack of hot water. We stayed 3 nights and the only hot shower I got was on the last morning, when the hotel was practically empty. The front desk said that the water issue was due to the hotel being sold out. Now, we went on graduation weekend. I'm sure this isn't the first time this hotel has been sold out for graduation weekend. If you know you have water issues when you are sold out,……

“We spent a week in Gunnison leading up to Western Colorado’s graduation. We were able to easily walk around town, and visit the university. Plenty of cookware to make meals. Very clean . Easy no key locks(love that) Off street parking. Lovely decor that matched the overall Victorian house. As an historian really enjoyed the map of historic Gunnison.”

“We stayed here and enjoyed the short walk to the lift and to the bus line to get to downtown Crested Butte. The bed was comfortable and kitchen had most basic essentials. We would stay again for a short ski or hiking weekend.”

“This is great location to stay when skiing at Created Butte. The property management was very responsive and I really appreciate the quick response. We would defiantly stay here again. I might suggest a few more plates and bowls so we didn’t have to fun dishwasher 2 times a day.”

“This condo was as described. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the board games that are in the unit. The condo is relatively close to the lift and for the most part the walk is flat, slightly uphill on the way back from the slopes. Cons: The walls are extremely thin. We could hear every step the people in the unit above took as well as their conversations. Thankfully they were not partying at night and there were no issues with the noise during sleep hours. The other issue……

“Couldn’t be better for skiing- just across the street from shuttles. Bathrooms had be newly updated and had a hair dryer in each. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer in the unit. Keyless locks on the door, so no need to check in at the management company in town. Unit was clean and had the basics.”

“Stayed in grand lodge several times, this unit had a door between the bedroom and kitchen/tv/pull out couch so it was perfect for putting the kid to bed and we could stay up a little later without waking him. Almost like a two bedroom unit. ”
