We stayed for graduation at West Point, it was an ideal location for us (about 25 minutes from West Point).”

“This house is perfect for a nice group of friends or Family, we stayed over the New Year’s Eve weekend and the house was spacious for our group, with plenty of room for everyone, Ricky is super on top of the check in /out Process so that was a breeze. My only feedback would be that the house should be better equipped in relation to the number of bedrooms offered.”

“The pictures are accurate but when you get there you see the furniture is flimsy, the cabinets and drawers fall off when you touch them and the yard is a disaster. There is so much stagnant water the mosquitos look like drones!”

“What an incredible home and an amazing host! As frequent renters of high-end vacation properties, I have to say that the owner provided a wonderful experience with thoughtful ideas and personal touches. The home was equipped with high-end supplies and had lots of attention-to-detail. It is clean, filled with things to-do, and just purely enjoyable! There are way too many amenities to list but you will be extremely pleased with the home and the quaint neighborhood! I can't stress enough how great……

“Not a bad stay overall. Nice location opposite the police headquarters and courthouse. Friendly staff. Brianna the hostess was very nice. The suite was very large. The only thing is that the carpet needs changing. The continental breakfast wasn't appetizing but there's food all around the area. But all in all it was an enjoyable stay.”

“This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby.”
