“Property has an amazing view! It is also easy to “check-in,” very clean and well-maintained. Two important things to note. First, despite what the listing states, there is no AC. There is some sort of system that cools the air a bit, but does nothing about humidity. We stayed during a heat dome event and it was uncomfortable. The second item to note is that this is a remote location high up in elevation. The road up is constant switchbacks and my wife got car sick (I cannot think of another time……

“The house and yard are very cute and the location is great. The layout is interesting (go through one bedroom to get to another) but it’s an old house and was still charming. The house was clean and comfortable. Would be a great place in the warner season where you could really enjoy the outside spaces. That said, it was the poorest stocked house we’ve rented. No washcloths, no hand towels in the bathrooms, no hand soap (just a couple motel style shampoo bottles), no oven mitts to get hot things……

“There are a lot more provisions than are listed on Vrbo. Each area is sectioned off and the whole area is fenced in so it feels secure. No need to worry about bringing or having a bear box in this location. There is another mesh tent next to the yurt with containers filled with dishes, cooking pots, a tea kettle, eating utensils, cooking utensils, cups, mugs, etc. They provide bottled waters, paper towels, a big cooler, lighter fluid, a butane lighter, one night of firewood, and secure wifi.……
