“The hotel is located near the airport. You can drive for around 10 mins to access. Petrol station is driving for around 15 mins. The room is spacious. The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed……

“The apartment is new, spacious and super clean. Two of the bedrooms and the balcony are facing the endless coastline of Kirra Beach. The beach has children’s playground and jogging tracks. Plenty of restaurants are nearby. So there is no need to worry about breakfast and dinner. The room service clean up daily and make up of beds was done in one of our 3 night stay. However, they forgot to replenish our laundry powder in one of the day. We cannot get back the laundry powder at night……

“Our room was outstanding, and the customer service was lovely. They arranged parking for our 2nd car free of charge which was a relief. My only small complaint was that I chose to pay for the room at the property, rather than when I booked it on Hotels.com. Hotels.com indicated that it would be the same price either way. But when I got to the property to pay, they added a 1.5% 'surcharge' for paying with credit card, but offered no other way to pay. ”

“我們入住時已經超過checkin 時間，當下心涼了一半，結果發現他有設計一個人性化的設計，讓我們不管多晚抵達都能安心多拿到鑰匙。雖然看得出來是舊飯店，但房間寬敞設備齊全讓我們好開心。房間有附陽台，看出去的海景也很棒～開車到鬧區大約20分鐘，還是建議有開車的旅人入住比較方便。”

“灰尘多，不够干净。设施老旧。房间有异味（狐臭），至少我在的时候有。停车还算方便。这价格本来可以住星级酒店了，抱着试试的心态，结果比较失望。”

“Great spot in Burleigh Heads. Fantastic view of the beach. Short walk to Main Street with shops and places to eat. Great indoor and outdoor pool. ”

“Stayed here before and we'll ba back again in the future. Perfect location. Spacious accommodation. Everything you need in the apartment and everything within a walk. Shops pub and restaurants. We were in a 2 bedder at the back so our bedroom was faced out to Pearl St. So the one downside is if you like to sleep in there's a fair bit of traffic noise from about 6:30 on. ”

“We stayed 5 nights in one bad room , the room is clean and comfortable with great ocean view, we all loved the kitchen and balcony very much, we enjoyed cooking in the apartment and BBQ by the swimming pool, it needs about 8 mins walk to the supermarket and restaurant but just a mins walk from beach. The staff Jenny is beautiful, nice and helpful, she answered our question fast and fluently. highly recommend this appartment to the others who love sunshine and the beach.”

“this is a well-equipped holiday village. Conveniently located to the beach, shops and restaurants on the Gold Coast. It caters for all types of stays from tent campers to Cabin stays. Fantastic BBQ area, camp kitchen, pool, waterslide, laundry, everything you could possibly need for a fun and comfortable stay. The staff were all helpful, happy and friendly, from the cleaning staff, management team and the grounds workers.”
