Great place to stay and hit the River!
The bungalows are a group of trailer homes that are so cute. Quiet and well kept with great access to KP Hole. It was so nice being able to have the whole family in one place with easy access to Rainbow Springs. Having the kayaks and passes available with the rental made it so easy for our group to paddle the river. The house is not spotless clean, but kind of felt like fancy glamping. Two full baths made showers easy and the dryer was great for drying towels and suits. There is a large hang out area to eat and grill and also a large area with fire pit.

We loved the place and would stay there again. Very convenient to KP Hole and the Rainbow Springs river. Having Kayaks as part of the rental was a great feature and the property was fully equipped, comfortable and clean. We highly recommend it.

Great location for kayak/paddling the river
This was a nice weekend stay and very close to the river. Pros: walking distance to KP Hole, bungalow looked super cute, comfortable furniture and beds, most everything we needed was there. Cons: the bungalow needs a good cleaning and there were sugar ants. The bathroom rugs look dirty, the bedroom nightstands had residue from food and drinks. But honestly, those were the only cons. If I knew it would get a good cleaning I would definitely go back. Also, if you book make sure there is a KP Hole lanyard in the bungalow for each person in your party. The rangers at the park gave us a hard time because our group had multiple people staying in multiple cabins, but not enough lanyards for every person. For example, we had 4 people in our cabin but only 2 lanyards.

Walking distance to the spring
The online pictures were a little misleading, I was under the impression I would be able to launch on the same street the bungalow were. Based on their fb post and pictures on VRBO. It is actually half a mile from the entrance of the springs. Which is fine knowing ahead that you do still need to get up early and go rent a tube if that is your plan. It’s 30$ to rent and get shuttled back and 7$ if you bring you own vessel and don’t need a shuttle. If you bring your own vessel and still need the shuttle it’s still 30$. The location of the manufacturer Homes are still one of the closest rentals. So that’s fair. It’s not luxurious, but is the most comfortable after a day in the sun to be able to go straight to relax. The camp area is well maintained, with a community fire pit and entertainment area which was very nice. Overall it’s a 4.5 for me :)

Perfect weekend getaway
Getting into the bungalow was super easy. Property is perfectly located to enjoy your time at Rainbow Springs! Plenty of space for 5 people and the full kitchen was wonderful. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Location was perfect!
We had a great time! The location was perfect! All of the neighbors were great also! There was a fire pit so we could roast marshmallows and make smores. The host provided kayaks and plenty of essentials. Everything we wanted to do was within minutes. Host provided plenty of towels. The only thing you should bring is a few extra trash bags, two were provided for our 3 day stay and we went through a lot of Walmart bags! It really was the perfect weekend!
