“we stayed on this property in July 2023. We had two couples and one individual. This property was cramped and not clean, and also very dark downstairs. The beds t downstairs were very uncomfortable. Bathroom downstairs very small. The cook wear was very old. I actually found mouse droppings in the crockpot that I was hoping to use. Mouse traps several places. Towels very old and raggedy. The upstairs was roomy, comfy bed, but had issues with the toilet flushing and no towels supplied up there.……

The scenery while hiking the trails, and the view of the Spanish peaks from the cabin were beautiful! It's obvious that a lot of love has gone into the upkeep of this property. “Cabin was as described. The owner was very helpful and gave advice for fishing and activities in the area. The land where the cabin is located is fairly remote and has beautiful views of the Spanish Peaks. Enjoyed being away from the city and would love to visit again.”

“What a lovely little cabin. This was exactly as presented online and had extra amenities that weren’t listed. The view out the windows of the cabin was across a meadow with a creek running through it and green tree covered mountains in the background. In three days we saw elk in the meadow 5 times. Excellent common areas and air hockey was a fan favorite too. Highly recommended! ”
