"This stay overall was great spacious, nice to each have their own bathroom. It does not sit on the lake. There is a home that obstructs the view in front of it but it is a short distance to walk to the beach. Location is very convenient the negatives were the bathtubs a little high for the elderly to get in the shower. The downstairs bathroom with the shower, toilet seat is extremely loose and is it safety hazard and should be replaced ASAP. And the only other thing is I’d check with the...

"This property is in a beautiful and private location. We had a large group of friends, and the house accommodated all of our needs. Checking in and out was super easy."

"The property exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well stocked in the kitchen to prepare a variety of meals. We loved the 3 levels as that allowed everyone to have space if they needed for quiet time. The group voted to start making this an Annual trip...and we hope to add a few more next year. "We rented this house for a Bachelorette Gathering. We had 6 ladies celebrating altogether. Typically, pics look better than the real thing, but in this case, the opposite was true! "Our family has been doing a winter vacation in the Brainerd Lakes area for over 12 years. This rental did not disappoint in any way. "This was such a fun stay! Our family of ten was able to be together without feeling crowded. The Barn had everything we needed for a long weekend away. "If you are looking for a place to connect with nature - this is it! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Easy access to the bike trail (across road) and we made our way to Zorbas for a picnic lunch and even a few drinks for grandma and Grandpa. Dock and water toys were wonderful would have enjoyed even more with some chairs. Only unexpected part of the property was the trolley to the water but definitely appreciated it as it was the only option to get to the dock. Michael was super to work with...
