“The hotel is beautiful! However, there are a few concerns regarding extra charges. The hotel charges $71 per day for parking. While you can park offsite for $30 per day at the nearby mall, this option is not part of the hotel, and you will be charged again for each additional hour if you leave and return. It’s a 5-minute walk, which is manageable but not convenient. Additionally, there's a $35 daily resort fee. Although this can be used for other services, it must be redeemed by 12 PM each day,……

“We stayed for 5 nights in the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in Vancouver to celebrate our 10th anniversary. However the hotel quality is not as good as expected. The lamp and the phone is full of dust! The tea and the puff is not filling up properly; the filled up shampoo and soup just scatter around the mirror area, instead of putting properly in the shower room!”

“We came from Taiwan and stayed a few days in Vancouver. The reason why we chose this hotel is its good location which is near Lions Gate Bridge and therefore close to Stanley park and downtown. In addition, the hotel service is definitely good. In particular, there are several staffs who speak Chinese and are very friendly toward Taiwan people. ”
