“I stayed whilst on holiday to Cyprus I really liked how close it was to the bus stop which will get you to Nicosia, ayia Napa and limasoll I found it very easy to find if you are coming from the airport bus 425 drops you off at st Helena church go through the churches gate you will find a lift on the concourse take it to the third floor collect your keys there is also a good discount supermarket across the road I definitely would stay here again ”

“The apartment was large and clean with good amenities. The only downside was very poor quality mattress (you could hear and feel the springs) and a rather small shower with a curtain that was too long and would frequently block the plug hole. As a minor point the apartments was lacking some basic 'comfort' touches like more cushions and lamps (as only had main bulbs in room so was either full light or no light). Overall was very good value for money, would be excellent if they replaced the……

“Was clean and quiet, but you must to have auto”

“Sold as 'entire apartment', but it is anything BUT! You have a tiny room entirely taken up by the bed, and EVERYTHING ELSE IS SHARED! And not guests, but long term residents who were cooking fish when I arrived (I smelt it the moment the lift door open - which also stank of very recently burned cigarette smoke!), along with doing mounds of laundry (strewn all over the 'kitchen' floor!). The balcony was full of ashtrays full of cigarettes, but I was just generally shocked by the whole thing.....……

“Okay room but terrible experience. I have areservation of 2 bedrooms, but was provided with 1 room when we arrived. We tried to show the owner what we have booked, the confirm letter from hotels, with my name my room details and all details. But he just refused to communicate, shouting at us he didn't know what we say, he has no mistake, we are the liers, take or leave! We have a business meeting that evening so we have no choice but accept. but this is not the worst of what happened. about……

“It’s a two bedroom flat a short walking distance from the beach. My stay would have been pleasant if a lot of construction work didn’t happen in the building as of May 2024. Because of that noise I only stayed one night. You can also hear traffic in the street and occasionally sounds from a massage place in the building. The sound from the street was expected because of the big windows. The bathroom needs an upgrade, especially the toilet. The address provided by the host is wrong. The number……

“From the minute we booked every thing went well any quires we had Dale the host responded very quickly. What you see on the can is what you get. Excellent balcony with adequate furniture, the rooms where a great size. sometimes you find the beds at some place not to comfortable but not here they where very comfortable, poll was great if i had any complaint it would be not there long enough. Thanks for a great stay”

“Apartment was a good size with all modern amenities. Only real criticism I had was there was barely any toilet paper and no bags to dispose of waste. It was after 11pm when we arrived so didn't want to go and find a shop at that time. Host was lovely and answered my every question promptly prior to going. Without doubt it was value for money”

“Tolles Studio inmitten der Altstadt.Lage Top,alles leicht zu Fuß oder mit den Bussen erreichbar.Mini Markt, div. Take away in 3min zu erreichen. Wir wurden vorweg per Mail vom Vermieter über alles Interessante informiert.Direkt hinter der Lazarus Kirche, Abfahrt Airport Bus, alle 20 min. Würde es sofort wieder buchen ! Manuela Österreich ”

“We had a great stay at this apartment, loved the pool area and the apartment has its own sunny patio that get the sun from early till about 3pm with two sun beds. The location is perfect for exploring and not far from restaurants, beach and taverns. Communication with Russell was first class, he gave us an extra day as our flight wasn’t until late at night at no extra cost and also organised with a local taxi firm to collect us on arrival and take us to the apartment. Definitely will re book for……
