Very good location ! All staffs very friendly and nice ! Highly recommended when you travel to Hoi An . We definitely come back when ext time we travel to Hoi An again

This hotel is 3 stars at best. Towels were frayed, no hair conditioning provided, the hand soap smell was horrible, the hand held showerhead holder can’t even hold it up. The room’s noise insulation was basically non-existent. They also provided 1 key only for 2 people room and we had a chased them multiple times for the second key.

夫婦2人、子供2人で利用しました。ホイアン旧市街まで徒歩で行ける距離なので、灯籠流しや夜ご飯を食べた後も子供達と歩いて移動できたので便利でした。騒音も少なく静かで良かったです。
ホテル内も綺麗にしてあり、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、おすすめの店を教えてくれたり、ツアーの手配もしてくれたので、とても良かったです。
またホイアンに行く時には利用したいと思います。

Laluna hotel in Hoi An is an absolute gem! It's so pretty, literally minutes from the old town and its beautiful streets. Breakfast is delicious and the staff will do anything to make your stay very special! Nancy and Thao are just amazing! We will definitely be back!

Posted Feb 9, 2024 on HotelsWe had a wonderful experience at Laluna. The staff welcomed us from the moment we arrived and made us feel like family. Nothing was too much trouble for us and our two little ones. Breakfast was delicious and varied and the facilitiea and location were fantastic. One of if not the best hotel we have stayed at.
