Made a reservation thru Expedia and the rude front desk did not honor. After yelling at a group of guest that the hotel was not accepting any third party reservations even though my reservation was prepaid thru Expedia. Dozens of people were left without a place to stay. Very disappointed.

Air conditioner not working properly in our room on 14th floor which allegedly was an upgrade tried to call front desk but phone was inoperable, when asking at the front desk, we were told that was the only room available, even though they 'upgraded' us from our original reservation so there weren't rooms available? front desk didn't seem to care clean room, great furniture, but inoperable phone and AC not keeping up in Texas at the end of May? and we were happy with the hotel bar and restaurant and location to the airport
